“Generally ok, staff were hospitable and helpful. But, the manager Mrs Rinie was unfriendly as she was harassing my sister who stayed in another room about the extended hour that we requested and threatening her. Totally unacceptable hospitality to hold such a position! The 2 Deluxe Double rooms that I booked didn’t have any windows. The Aircon didn’t work so it was fixed in situ when I was in the room.
