“Overall a lovely stay. Room would benefit from air conditioning though as was incredibly hot which made it difficult to sleep. Would however definitely recommend the hotel for a visit to Felixstowe. ”

“I think a lot of people has reviewed on this. But I can only said air conditioning system issue need to be fix. Otherwise it is hard for other customer wants to stay.
It is summer time and the air conditioning system not work. All you got is a fan will only have little help. Can you imagine stay in the room with 27C? And there is not compensation. Charging almost 100 pound per night, and it is the sleep environment we got.”
“Need to walk up staircase to rooms on first or second floor, clean and tidy, well maintained. Double glazed window keeps out noise. Good value for price.”
