“We stayed here for two nights and we were astounded how good the hotel was for the price that we paid. The room was ample size, spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed. The staff were all really friendly and welcoming. The food (both breakfast and dinner) were excellent and great value for money. We have already booked to return next year. “What a great place to stay in you need a bed for the night. Everything is handed by phone and text. Parking at the rear of the property, nice clean room and we'll sorted en suite. The design of my room made it a bit of a squeeze getting around the double bed. Good amenities including a drinks fridge with complimentary water and juice included as well as tea and coffee making facilities and a small oven, ironing board and cooling tower fan. 25 minutes walk to Castle Park”

“We stayed here due to a wedding at nearby Bruisyard. It was a lovely stay and I couldn’t fault it, a beautiful setting full of nature and a very well preserved property. Liz was very accommodating allowing us to drop our luggage and car off earlier than check in; we also came down to a very very nice breakfast with something for everyone. ”
