“Great location just off high street and near the Rowley Mile racecourse Limited parking , would help if customers could park straight Nice welcome , room OK clean , comfortable bed and good shower . Everything you need , microwave , tea coffee etc Bit expensive but everything is these days Needs updating but enjoyed stay ”

“Close to Stansted airport. Bear in mind £4 per trip to and from airport. Breakfast included. So very good for value. In general it’s a but dated. McDonald’s and M&S food hall just a min walk away. For a brief stay to catch an early flight. Very good choice. ”

“A business trip and had a commercial meeting at ESSAX suite, everything was well! Service was nice, restaurant offers typical British breakfast. Only a problem, the air conditioner will be re-set to the low temperature randomly. ”

“Location for Stansted Airport good, in country though. Nice room, bed & shower but dinner is only up to 8:30pm and no breakfast available for early flights as it’s only served from 8am and needed to leave by 7:15. They did offer a takeaway breakfast but it was poor (they don’t normally offer it) and needs to be organised properly for it to be beneficial to the customer.”

“We had a lovely stay. The hosts were welcoming and friendly - they clearly enjoy and take pride in their job. The room was clean, comfortable and well stocked with amenities (after a long day the hot chocolate was well needed!). Breakfast in the morning was excellent quality.”
