“We had a great stay at the Happy as a clam cottages. The cottage was very nice and clean. Being able to eat a few meals in using the full kitchen, BBQ was a plus. The location was perfect for our interests (it is very close to 2 very fine oyster farms/restaurants, several state parks, and a short drive to both the bay and oceanside of the peninsula. We would highly recommend.”

It was nice that so much was provided for use in the kitchen: coffee, pods as well, sugars and powder creamer. All the ziploc bags and foil and wrap to store leftovers was so nice. “A wonderful property with a great location to town and beach. Privacy for multiple people. Lots of stairs to be expected with 3 levels. Awesome views. Beds are very comfortable. Check in was super easy. Kitchen was very easy for several people to prepare a meal. I wasn't smart enough to get the front burner to heat faster.”

“It doesn't really have curb appeal... It was awesome! Everyone was blown away once we got inside. Usually, things look bigger in the pictures, but this really is spacious. We forget a few things, like a charging cord and sandwich bags... guess what, a bin of charging cords was in the living room and sandwich bags were in the kitchen. The ice bucket was full too. Would stay again!”

“This is such an incredible property! Everything about it is perfect. We stayed for a week for my parents 50th anniversary. It was a perfect size with room to spare. The living room, kitchen, and dining room were all so open and we felt like we were together no matter the room we were in. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed.
