“Clean, spacious, and close proximity to the beach. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit for s'mores. My family of five had a wonderful time and would stay again!”

“We have stayed here several times and it's terrific. The house is spacious and right on the beach. Bedrooms have private bathrooms/ beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Large outside deck with hot tub is a plus!!”

“We are already talking about when we can return to Livermore cottage. Cape Arch is breath taking and the cottage is the perfect place to take a break from the world. The views of the ocean from the livingroom, the record player, board games, piano, comfy beds and a hosts who are clearly incredibly organized and thoughtful have included everything for your stay. “Perfect for two. Dated but very clean. The location is perfect in terms of enjoying all that Manzanita has to offer ”

“Oceanside is a beautiful place! This house worked out perfectly because it had a studio like apartment in the basement for my son and his wife and then the main house had a loft and two other bedrooms, bath and laundry. There is no TV, but the views are so incredible, I didn’t mind. We were able to watch the blood moon eclipse from the two decks that overlook the ocean. There was a small repair that needed to be done, but it could have waited till after we left. I let management know and they……

“Lovely home in a fantastic location with breathtaking views. The beach is a hop, skip, and a jump away, and very calm and quiet—perfect for kids. (The outdoor shower is also so convenient for post-beach cleanup!) “This property is amazing - the location and views are excellent and most everything about the property was perfect. The kitchen / living room had most of what anyone could need for a stay with cooking. The fire pit and adirondack chairs are also great and comfortable - very inviting. 2 items that could be improved are:- communication during the stay could be improved- it’s unclear if we should have communicated via Vrbo or directly and so an inquiry regarding a propane tank when I answered for a……

Arnold and Malia were super attentive and responsive. The house itself is very cute and kept very clean (unlike many other beach houses we have stayed at).
