“Amazing property, peaceful, and convenient with dining and privacy. Will definitely be back! Went with my wife and 2 year old daughter. Minitas Beach , Minitas Restaurant, Lagos Breakfast, Peperoni in the Marina , and Alto Chavez were all amazing!!! ”

“Sehr harte Matratzen, kein Aufzug für Gepäck. Einfache Unterkunft aber sauber. Das gebuchte Frühstück für 2 Personen bestand aus 1 Tasse Kaffee oder Schokolade und 1 Croissant pro Person mit wenig geschnittenem Obst. Lecker aber sehr wenig. Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich, im Restaurant leider eher nicht. Für 1-2 Nächte ok. ”

“I stay with my son on 2/21/25, the lady at the front desk was very professional (couldn’t get her name unfortunately) she explain everything on the contract, she even came to show me the room, and told me what is around the area. I recommend the restaurant at the property they have brick oven pizza and other good dishes(if you go on the weekend make a reservation) the waiter that take care of us was very knowledgeable of the menu really make me feel at home, after a long day at the beach which……

“This was our 4th time in viva Windham, first 3 times was in viva palace, was excellent. This time, January 2025 was in viva Beach. Ocean front bungalow. Overall we enjoyed as always, the resort was under stuff, dining was challenge, dining tables not cleaned after guests left, we removed the left over plates and clean the table ourselves before we can seat, because there was no clean tables. We still enjoy our stay, we love the long walk on the property, the beach was always clean, a lot of……

“Viva Palace is beside Viva Beach hotel so that you can walk the charming treed walkway between the two properties. Both sites have nightly entertainment - singers, dancing and theatre from 8 to midnight with s disco after hours. International clientele and lots of young families. All sorts of shaded and sunny beach sites. Finally beach is located in a calm bay so lots of ppl in the water all day long. ”

“The stay was great, Frank was helpful and welcoming, parking was secure, the location and views were wonderful. It is easily the best house in the area with friendly staff that made you feel like you were part of the family. I felt like I was visiting a relative’s home, and reminded me of Rio. It felt like an uncle let me stay at his beach house for the weekend. I loved it, and it gave a real “slice of life” perspective to my Dominican Republic vacation.”

“This property is very unique. It is located in a very busy area of La Romana. The word "Oasis" is exactly the right word for this hotel. It was a clean, very well designed hotel with a beautiful mural that you might miss if you were just driving through. But the best part was the staff. Everyone, from the owner, the manager and even people working on the building of their soon to be opened pool, treated me like I was a guest in their home.
