“We have stayed in vacation rentals around the world, this is by far our favorite! Loved the location, layout of home, they had everything we could have wanted/needed, beach chairs, towels, kitchen was set up with all we could want. Communication with Joey was easy, quick responses and so helpful with check in and out! Highly recommend booking this home! We will be back!!!! It’s even more beautiful in person!”

“Though SC had a marine layer the days we visited, this location allowed us to be above it, enjoy the beautiful sun, and play in the pool all day. This house has everything needed to vacation beyond comfortably. This was a trip to remember and we will be staying here whenever we come to Sc from now on!”

“This property was clean and so close to the beach. It was perfect for our Newport vacation!”

“Excellent location steps away from a beach, restaurant and shops. Perfect size for a family of 4. Couldn’t figure out most of the TV’s and remotes. Kitchen could use more dishes but overall very well stocked! Easy to cook if you want to. Appreciated the accessibility of sand toys, beach chairs, boogie board and beach towels. Enjoyed our stay & will book again. ”

“Great location for walking around CdM and going to the beach. Four bedrooms gave everyone space. Easy to check in and out. Plenty of towels and nice linens. We would stay there again! ”

“We booked this house last minute for our fall break trip. It was great for so many reasons!! They allowed dogs, was one house off the sand, had great views of the beach/ocean/jetty from the patio, easy access to grocery and food options, plus there was a fire pit, sauna, and hot tub! The house was clean and well stocked with all the basic amenities. Drew the owner was very communicative and friendly. ”

“Trust the reviews on this one. It's very walkable to the main beach and many dining and shopping options. Two nice coffee shops nearby as well. It's small -- not a lot of room for suitcases, packages, etc but it's VERY cute and cozy. Also, the rooms are on the second floor (outdoor steps) so be mindful when packing a 50-pound suitcase. ”
