“my wife and I stayed here with two other couples for a wedding. one couple brought their 6 month old baby and the location, host, and home were perfect for all of us. we were close to everything in Dana Point and the home was perfect for what we needed. the rooms, bathrooms, and furniture fit our needs. the balconies were a beautiful added bonus. the host communicated and explained everything very easily. would definitely stay again!”

“Love the location; unless you are planning to travel to some of the SoCal attractions you can easily stay here and never drive. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and grocery store only two blocks away. Beach is 3 minute walk. ”

“We had a great stay overall. This property is located in a great location, half a block from the beach and within close walking distance to shops, restaurants, and Balboa Park. It is small, but suited our family well with bunkbeds for the children, and a large master suite. The carport is extremely small, but we were thankful to have a designated space to park in. The management company requires quite a bit of information upfront, but was very easy to work with and available to answer questions.……

“The location of the property is great, but the photos are a little bit misleading as the condition of the property has changed since it’s been photographed. There was cat hair all over the chairs outside. The listing boasts that there is a washer and dryer but they don’t provide laundry pods or dryer sheets. The local grocery store sells them of course but in a huge quantity. We spent 5000 for three nights and was disappointed that they couldn’t provide laundry pods, especially when we called……

“The home was a bit dated but comfortable and had everything you need. It is in a great location, just steps to the beach (120 steps to be exact, lol). There were a few minor inconveniences, the light in the dining room didn't work. And several of the outlets wouldnt work but we managed. Would absolutely stay here agsi !”

“This is a great place to stay. The home was very clean and nice and perfect location. The garage is a nice bonus but we had a sports car and the approach is so steep the sports car would rub the undercarriage pretty bad. ”
