“Great stay with enough room for 3 adults and 3 kids. The nearness to Disneyland was what attracted us to it of course, and was worth it for that. We learned it may be a little too far for some but close enough for me to drop them off and walk over after.”

“This location was perfect! Steps from the beach , restaurants and bars. House was clean and had everything you needed. Communication was easy with the property owners. They let us know the house was ready to check in a couple hours early. If you want a beach retreat this place is perfect.”

“We booked numbers of houses from VRBO on different locations, But this experience is worst among all from owner side. initially he was playing scavengers hunt with us to give community door code and house door code. House just had basic or i will say retired furniture or it all about to throw type furniture. TV was just a desktop screen. All the utensils are also in very bad condition. i cant upload pictures otherwise you all can see, bathroom doesn't have floor mats, very old and used towels,……

“Great location and easy walk to the theme parks. The condo is a little dated with cooking utensils and plates on the low end. With that mentioned, very responsive owners and great location warrants a second look. ”

“The property owner was very nice and made it a very easy check-in process with email communications. Very close to Disneyland all within walking distance, which made it wonderful. The house was stocked with things that we needed. The townhouses were a little ran down, but this property. had some updates inside which made it welcoming. Overall nice stay.”

“This house was a perfect house for my family. The bunk beds were a huge hit with the kids too. The house was steps away from the beach. The property itself was clean and organized. We did have a small issue with the heater however the property management company was at the property within 30 mins. The beds/matresses and furniture were slightly on the cheaper side but they were sufficient enough for our stay. They definitely could use more towels and kitchen silver ware and plates. Will be……

“I used to live in Newport Beach and visit the Coast every year as I now live in Arizona. My dear friend and I decided to rent a house this time instead of staying in a hotel as we celebrated my birthday. The house was in a great location adjacent to the beach so an easy walk. Happy to have garage parking as it would be awful to park on the street. The kitchen was terrific. The bedrooms could use some updating. The pillows need to be replaced. It was very noisy during our stay. They are building……
