“This is the perfect beach house vacation home. It’s steps away from the beach and steps away from the grocery store. The people around were nice and helpful. The host was very communicative and checked in with us through text with us multiple times. ”

“Came out to Huntington Beach to spend time with a friend who is local. The cottage is in a great location and close to everything on the Balboa Peninsula. Very comfortable and really enjoyed my time around Huntington, Laguna, and San Juan! ”

“This was such a cute home close to everything , lots of beach equipment provided which was nice. It is comfortable for a small family and it was great to have designated parking ! It was well appointed and very clean. I would say maybe add a pizza cutter, fly swatter and a dust pan. Great stay overall. ”

“Location was great and place was clean and well appointed. Having 2 parking spots was really convenient. I live in Orange County and rarely go to the beach so it was nice to spend a little time in the sun and sand! Especially with the bathroom and parking close by. ”

“Wendy was very good at communicating and making sure staying at the cottages was simple and relaxing. Furnished very comfortable. Great water pressure and hot water in the claw foot tub. If you need an escape from the day to day hustle, this is the place. Also if it gets a little warm, just open the windows and front door, turn on the fans and let the fresh coastal air take you away. We stayed 4 nights and have zero regrets picking this as our home base for this part of our trip. ”

“Adorable little cottage, walking distance to Redondo beach, Well stocked kitchen. Wendy was a wonderful host and very responsive and helpful. Outdoor seating areas were adorable and nice in the morning and evenings to relax. We would come back!”

“This was a super cute house that was perfect for our family's short visit. It was clean, and the pictures of the property were very accurate - definitely a cottage! Location was walkable to shops and the ferry. There was a thoughtful welcome note and amenity, which was a nice touch! There was a lot of construction on the island, so it was noisy... not the owner's fault. Bring a sound machine, because it's a busy island!”

The house was spotless, the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing, and the kitchen equipped with high-end appliances was a dream. Most importantly, the hosts were absolutely incredible! If you're considering this place, don’t hesitate you won’t be disappointed. Both the home and the neighborhood are truly exceptional.”
