“Very welcoming ambience from the start and left with a very memorable stay. It felt like it was our own home, everything we needed was provided with the comfort of our needs, cleanliness, detail-oriented, to pre-made ice, and water for rinsing our feet from the sand. The library of books of good reads, astonishing! Not to mention the appreciation of the family certifications shared in this personal touch. Absolute breathtaking panoramic view, waking up to see the sunrise and set. Highly enjoyed……

“This location was perfect! Steps from the beach , restaurants and bars. House was clean and had everything you needed. Communication was easy with the property owners. They let us know the house was ready to check in a couple hours early. If you want a beach retreat this place is perfect.”

“Kouroush was an excellent communicator throughout the reservation and stay. Condo clean and quiet. Very close to nice beaches. Would recommend. There are about 12 steps to go down to get to the condo entrance, and the dining table has high top chairs, just in case there are mobility concerns. Only surprise was that the garage was small and our large SUV did not fit in it so we had to work through our host to park where we could find a parking space in the complex and pay an additional $15 a……

“My family enjoyed all the space to spread out and this particular property was beautifully decorated. Many thick towels which we appreciated. Actually chose this property for the reclining chair that was used for sleeping nightly and for the close location to Dana Pt harbor and PCH. No regrets!”

I was really appreciative of the responsiveness of the host when I had questions, even though the answers were in a welcome book, that I overlooked, in plain sight in the unit, haha. “I traveled to San Clemente with 3 friends to play pickleball, and it was the perfect location. We walked to the beach, coffee shops, stores, and restaurants. It was a short drive to Life Time to play pickleball on their beautiful courts. The trip was better than anticipated! We all loved our stay. Thank you!”
