“Clean, good location within easy walks of beaches, reasonable rate. Parking is a bit tight but ok, and a necessity in Laguna Beach. Having a full fridge and kitchen is useful, and rooms are a good size. Overall, a place I would book again.”

“We stayed in the house over Labor Day weekend. Everything was awesome. The house is clean, very well organized. We were 13 people and there is plenty of space for everyone. Location is convenient right on the sand, 5 minutes walk to Balboa pier and 30 minutes walk to Newport Pier. Owner is very responsive. He even add chairs for us when we asked. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Located in a very safe and peaceful neighborhood, the house had everything we needed and more. The pool and spa made the experience even more enjoyable. “Perfect location if your not looking to be right at the pier but close enough to walk. My kids enjoyed not being in the hustle and bustle of the pier the entire stay. They were able to ride the bikes to and from so it was perfect. My one and only “negative” is if your inviting people to join you for the day at the beach, parking is very limited in this particular area. It’s a neighborhood vibe feel, very homey atmosphere. My kids really enjoyed this area of the water. ”
