“Our adult family stayed at the property for a week and would stay here again! We were very happy with the cleanliness and the place overall and the bathrooms and kitchen were updated and new. While Balboa is not the quietest place in the morning, the windows were the best we’ve experienced at keeping the plane noise out. We appreciated the waters and snacks the host provided. Thanks! ”

“this place was so cute & perfect for my boyfriend and I! we were able to walk down to the Balboa shops & to the ferry. We were also able to bike around to newport and the beach. “The only thing I was surprised about was that this property is a converted covered patio that is attached to the host's house. After getting over that surprise and worry of safety, we were just fine. We needed somewhere to sleep, eat, and shower while we played at Universal and Disneyland and we were able to do that! Place was clean as a converted parking can be! We really appreciated the use of the washer and dryer. That helped so much with our luggage packing. We would stay again! The host is……
