“This is a decent little apartment right on the beach with nice views. The back sliding door windows facing the beach in Unit 2 are not clear because there is some residue of some sort on them blurring the view. Other units don't have this problem. Other than that, the proximity to the beach and views from other windows are great. The apartment is right on the highway so road noise is a factor, though on the ocean side, you will hear the ocean.”

“This place has incredible Speck spectacular views and has a nice walking path to town. The only feedback is that the shower is not very hot and doesn't have hardly any water pressure. So when I drew a bath it had both. So I took baths instead of showers. The carpeting needs to be replaced with some kind of hardwood floor, they look and feel old and dirty and are stained.”
