“Perfect layout for 3 adult couples. Each couple enjoyed king size beds and their on bathroom. Beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. Plenty of places to walk with a nice wooden boardwalk to beach.Very convenient location close to many good restaurants. Nice kitchen although we didn’t do any major cooking. Although it doesn’t state there is coffee maker in the description, there was both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig.We all agreed that we would recommend to any group……

“The building is def a bit old, but the condo itself is well kept and cozy. Merri replied quickly every time I had a question, no matter how dumb lol. And there were a decent but if wasps and bees always buzzing around the stairs which made it hard for the kids to go up and down. And the bugs were awful on the beach and outside in general. I wish I would have brought bug spray. We all got eaten up. Other than that, everything was pretty great. The beach was quiet and not too crowded. The water……

“Short (3-night) stay for a quick anniversary trip. Loved the property, very comfortable with a perfect location for beach access and a perfect view of the sunrise right from the unit's deck! Really appreciated the Hunting Island pass; took advantage of that both afternoons. Will definitely come back to this property if we make another trip this way.”

“We had 8 adults and three children ages 6 and under. The beach house was exactly as it appeared online. Absolutely beautiful! We all felt very special as we walked into our rooms and had bed-linens, towels, soap and extra amenities in the bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked. However, if you plan to make a Beaufort stew, you will need to bring a large pot and burner. The ocean was very calm and without a lot of waves. This was perfect for the children. We did have some issues with biting flies……

“The property was as described. We loved the location and the ease of getting to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely. The kids loved the beach and the pool and the yard. The house was perfectly suited to our extended family. If we had had more time, we would have loved to explore more, but we did enjoy a picture perfect, relaxing long weekend.
