“The check in process at the resort was terrible. No parking pass at the front gate. Had to go to the guest services to get the pass and then go get back in line at the front gate. The amenities cards were not waiting for us at the unit as promised. Had to go back to guest services to get them. If we had arrived after 9:00 PM as originally planned, we would not have been able to check in the first night because we would not have been allowed to drive on to the island. Had to go pick up golf……

“Our yearly trip to fripp and this property was such a disappointment!! The pictures on the listing are not up to date. We arrive friday night and stuck outside for 35mins as the keypad wasnt accepting the code to enter. Maintenance couldnt open it as well and he had to reprogram it which took some time. Then only to enter the condo to see very noticeable stains on the carpet in every room and the carpet rolling off the walls in some areas. The bathroom for the girls shower handle fell off the……
