“My Husband and I had the best 1 year anniversary trip with our fur babies! This was a great location walking distance to the ocean and a beautiful view of the beach from the condo! Jen was a great host and attentive from check in to check out. ”

“Check in was easy. The gate staff where always pleasant.The condo was very cute. Loved the decor. The bed in the master room was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. We loved the beach. There was a little island you could swim to during high tide and walk to at low tide. We could swim in the waves off the island. The beach had shade unlike other beaches. But not as well kept. We stayed in building H so we had a very short walk to the ocean. The beach was not crowded at all. There……

“Great location and top unit with ocean view. The apartment itself has older features and basic amenities but is clean and does the job for a beach trip. Bunk beds are good for small kids. The rental company responds very quickly and thoroughly to any questions!”

“I have been going to HHI 2 or 3 times a year for 25 yrs. Folly Field is my favorite location. This property was the perfect location for access to pool and beach. I do not normally stay on first floor in any property in Hilton Head because I can’t see the ocean. This unit provided both and the fact that it had access from the balcony to get to pool and beach.
