“Stayed for 2 nights for a weekend ski trip. Comfortably slept 6 adults and 2 children. Very rustic but had everything we needed. The biggest issues we had were the heater seemed to shut off on its own a few times due to it needing a new filter. We also noticed the shower seemed to leak all over the bathroom floor which was inconvenient and there was apparent water damage on the wood around the shower which indicated the leak has probably existed for a while. “Dan was an amazing host that was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay! We had a great time in North Conway and surrounding attractions each day since they were just a short drive away. Immediately upon checking in, we were very impressed with the cleanliness of the house and were able to fully enjoy our stay! Thank you, Dan!”

“A mountain paradise! A touch rustic but a perfect family friendly option for myself and three teenage boys. Dog friendly - a huge bonus! Just a short drive from Jackson, the river, and Pinkham Notch AMC Visitor Center. We will definitely be back. ”

“We were a group of ten. 3’couples & 4 children, ages 11-12. Cabin was perfect for us all. 3 king beds & 2 bunks & double for the kids. The double sided fireplace kept the place cozy & the dinning table for 12 was perfect. Skiing at Bretton woods was fantastic. We would stay there again. ”

“Good place to stay in winter. ”

“The cabin offered plenty of space for 4 adults and has been updated nicely. The snacks, sodas and fully-stocked keurig coffee station were a nice perk! Location was great, only 10 min drive to Bretton Woods. If it continues to be available for winter rental, some extra blankets and insulation as well as a coat rack would be helpful. It happened to be -11 degrees on our first night and not much warmer the second night. The little wall heater units couldn’t keep up, the floors were freezing, and……
