“My wife and I had a lovely time. We booked the weekend to enjoy so quiet time, went to the pool house a few times for the hot tub (inside and out were both lovely) the only issue was we had was a left over food snack we found on the floor in the bedroom. Easily fixed, but my wife wasn’t pleased about that.Overall a wonderful stay, the heater works very very well, good water pressure, the kitchen is stocked with gadgets, we mostly drank tea and ate leftovers, went to the 110 grill for dinner……

“We had a great stay at this charming Jackson home for New Year’s Eve! The house was very clean and everything we could need was provided. We enjoyed the amazing hot tub and cozy wood stove. The owner was so nice and helpful and made check in/out very easy! We loved staying here! ”

“Overall cute house and it’s great it’s dog friendly. I expected dog hairs etc but found human hairs in bathroom and dirty towel hanging. Husband found floss stick on ground too. They offered to come clean it for us which was really nice, and we didn’t feel we needed. Bed and couches really comfy. Shower loud noise. Great they have laundry. Overall good stay but very much like a rustic cabin and probably needs a different cleaner”

“Everything was wonderful about our stay. One of the best rentals we have had over the years, and Janet has thought of everything, and the house is so very clean. The location cannot be beat with the waterfront, the dock and the swimming raft and loved having the boats available to us. “A cute and cozy cottage that is exactly as described and as pictures. Has all the amenities for a vacation and close to everything!”

“Everything was so easy for checking in! The house was very well stocked with anything you would need. There were even extras just in case you forgot something like a tooth brush shampoo etc... Everything was neat and tidy when we arrived! The fishing on the pond was great! Caught plenty of bass and pickerel! Plenty of hiking to do nearby! And the best part was we were able to bring our two pups with us! They had a blast on the pond! The hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate……

“We spent a week on Sheep Island in July 2024. We loved it. The accommodations were beautiful, the kitchen well enough equipped, the beds comfortable, the lake clean and the view amazing. We had 2.5 days of rain so were glad for the games and puzzles available. I think it would have been nice to have a clothesline for the swimming towels to dry. The chairs in the main area were about the only thing we would change. With the amount of rain, we were stuck inside but not very comfortably. ……
