“Stayed for a week while attending an antique tractor show in Denton. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area. Third bathroom is a bit away from the third bedroom but very workable for three senior couples. Loved it. ”

“I was surprised to see the house split with a neighbor but the stay was perfect, nice and quiet with a random car or two from the nearby road. Ive lived in the city and this was no problem, but light sleepers beware.The king size mattress has a bit of a sinking issue in the middle but it was only a mild inconvenience. Overall, we would gladly return.”

“Our family of four absolutely loved our stay. Very clean, newly renovated, wonderful amenities, and lots of natural light. Well thought-out upgrades to this charming old house throughout. The pool was immaculate, WiFi was fast, and lots of thoughtful extras from games & toys to pool towels and extra blankets to an outdoor shower. Plenty of room to spread out and the house had lots of character. We will absolutely book again when we’re in the area. Thanks for a lovely respite!”

“We stayed 2 nights and had a great time visiting family in the Southern Village area. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood with a large yard and huge trees. It was a perfect place to stay with 5 adults and 2 young children since there are 4 bedrooms. The house was well maintained and clean and there were some toys for the young kids to play with. It was incredibly hot and humid in NC, but the AC was able to keep the house cool which was a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again.……

“The tiny home was a lovely spot for my husband, myself and our big dog! It's just off 15-501 so while there isn't a sidewalk right there, you can scoot on down to Poplar for a nice saunter with your pup. The property was beautiful and clean and everything we needed. - a small kitchenette, a lovely shower/bathroom and plenty of room to move around. Admittedly we live in the mountains so it was a bit too wark for us to sit outside but the front area is so cute with a few chairs and a cozy hammock.……

“The house was very clean and has all the modern amenities you need. The neighborhood is quiet and the few people we saw were friendly. There is a public housing building down the street but it is not in use and most of the neighborhood is single family homes. The house is close to downtown and off the main road so getting around Sanford is easy and quick. Check out the Sanford Antique mall while you are here!”
