“The property was very nice. Everything we needed was available. The property’s customer service was very responsive. We lost hot water on the last day. The maintenance man was unable to fix it but the property management gave us a more than fair credit for the inconvenience. ”

“This Winter Park townhome was amazing! Big and spacious, comfortable furniture, clean hot tub, nice beds, well equipped, and amazing views! 2 car garage and mud room entrance with room for all your gear! Our Airedale, Archer, also loved the home and spent hours finding toys that other dogs left behind. It was perfect and I’ll definitely being staying there again! Thank you! ”

“Our family had a great stay at Winter Park in this villa. There was so much room and all the right accomodations. It was great getting to hang out with our adult sons and their friends since we don't get to spend as much time with them anymore. Everyone had their own space to sleep and the common areas were large enough for us to gather. We cooked several meals in the well stocked kitchen and enjoyed the hot tub! Thanks for a carefree stay.”

“Didnt get all info at checkin (garage code, wifi), wasn’t notified when condo ready. No hot water first night, was fixed next morning however. Front deck w/views not shoveled, so couldst sit out there. BR photos don't match descriptions. Nice stay but could clean carpet & fix ceiling above stairs!”
