“We enjoyed the perfect family vacation at this great place. We were immediately impressed with the entrance and amenities at Bear Lake Reserve. We were surprised at the driving distance from the entrance to the house. It took about 20 minutes to drive 5 miles. But it was a beautiful scenic ride. The house had plenty of parking and was very spacious. We enjoyed relaxing on the back deck and watching the many hummingbirds. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook meals in. “We had an incredible stay at this lake house! The location couldn’t have been better—right on the water and just a short walk to the clubhouse. The views were stunning, and we loved how peaceful and tranquil everything felt. The house itself was the perfect size for our group of 4–6 people, with plenty of space to relax and unwind. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and super comfortable (Wife would have loved all the throw pillows but this was a father son get away. Whether we were enjoying……

The sounds of the creek were comforting and the area was beautiful. Being part of Bear Lake reserve added an extra layer of security, convenience, and outdoor activities. “We enjoyed our stay even with our hiccups. I personally did not vet the availability of the amenities because I truly didn’t know I needed to. So unfortunately those were not something we were able to enjoy. Bear Lake Reserve, the community, could offer folks a disclaimer for that since most are not familiar with, “on and off season”. We did get to enjoy one dinner at the lake club the last night we stayed. it’s a trek by car to the club from this property since it is 5 miles up and very winding……
