“We enjoyed the perfect family vacation at this great place. We were immediately impressed with the entrance and amenities at Bear Lake Reserve. We were surprised at the driving distance from the entrance to the house. It took about 20 minutes to drive 5 miles. But it was a beautiful scenic ride. The house had plenty of parking and was very spacious. We enjoyed relaxing on the back deck and watching the many hummingbirds. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook meals in. “This house was absolutely beautiful! It was very well appointed and perfect for our family of four and our pup! They even had doggie bowls ready for us! We especially loved the hot tub. My husband and boys enjoyed watching weekend football on the big screen in the movie room. We enjoyed golfing, hiking, and a boat ride on the lake. We will be back to this home! ”

“We have stayed at Bear lake reserve before and this was by far our favorite home we have stayed in! All the beds and bedding were very comfortable, the home was beautifully decorated and very well kept. It was extremely clean in every corner. The view out the back was gorgeous, you feel like you’re in a tree house! We loved making a fire in the fireplace outside. There was plenty of firewood provided! Everything you could possibly need was provided even coffee filters! We also loved how close it……

“This property is breathtaking! From the moment you walk in and see the spectacular view you will want to return time and time again. The homecwas spotless and had everything that we needed and more! The Lake Club is also amazing and had a great pool, hot tub and beach. Communication with the host was seamless. I would recommend this property to anyone! We took numerous hikes to local waterfalls and also took a ride on the Great Smokey Mountain Railroad. Everything was amazing!”

“Property is wonderful! Decor/furnishings are comfy & inviting. Kitchen has everything you need. View from the back porch is fantastic. Location to resort restaurant is very convenient, but you can hear music and noise from the resort's pool.Roads to get to the property are narrow, steep, twisty and hard on your brakes. Glad we drove our truck. Bring your own groceries if possible as food options are limited. Resort restaurant has great food but is pricey & doesn't serve hot breakfast. Leaving……

“A wonderful time! Young kids age 6 and 9 had plenty to do, the pool is well kept with a small heated pool and a slide. Nice trails at BLR. The community has a few activities for kids and adults to participate, though for a fee. The 4th of July celebration was nice with food, a concert and fireworks. No major criticisms to the rental property. However, a couple activities did not occur as schedule (i.e. beach games). The July 4 celebration was overpriced, the food was not good, it was difficult……
