“Everything was perfect !!”

“perfect location near everything. calm, clean, cozy. downside : not all windows have curtains... so if you like privacy, think twice ;o)”

“Our stay at Le Petit Hotel was enjoyable as this property is close to everything in Old Montreal. The staff are wonderful and helpful, especially upon check-in with Nicolas. Continental breakfast with local pastries are good and I absolutely enjoyed their Le Labo bath products. The room also had slippers and robes available and was really clean. They also have a coffee bar which we also enjoyed! The only downside to our stay was the ongoing construction along Rue St. Paul as the street is only……

“在我這次Quebec City及Montreal的旅程中住了幾間酒店，這間酒店是全個行程最好一間！(包括價錢不便宜的Quebec City城堡酒店) 清潔很好、房間size很好、冷氣很好、床鋪很好、洗手間一流！如果要更上一層樓，可以留意前台職員，幾個女孩子都沒有笑容，沒有招呼，但幾位男士則很好，有笑容有禮貌。 可以的話，酒店正大堂入口，可以放置藝術品、乾花或多點燈飾就更完美！”

“It was a very bad experience to stay in L hotel. I arrived the hotel in the autumn season, but there was a black fly in the room. The staff didn't agree to change another room for me. No restaurant in a 4 star hotel. The facility was very old. The local person said they will never recommend this hotel to tourist. I don't know why they can got 4.6 for the review.”

“Perfect location and convenience. The AC in the room seems to old, the noise from the AC might keep you awake at night. The rest are all fine. The service and the connection to all attractions could be one of the best in town”

“Good location, clean room, comfortable, excellent breakfast but only reason why I didn’t rate it as excellent is the parking not on site or very limited space and was already full when we checked in at around 5:30pm. They do really well explain how to reach the safest and closest parking but we had to walk 7 minutes to the hotel back after midnight… glad it wasn’t in winter and I wasn’t alone. Apart from that, all was wonderful!”

“We booked the room for 3 persons. When arrived, we discovered that there were only two sets of bedding, the sofa bed wasn’t ready or set. When asked for one more set, the receptionist said there wasn’t any! After chasing, she gave me at last. Her attitude was not sincere nor helpful. The check in experience was bad! This affected my stay in the hotel a lot!”
