“I have never been as comfortable at a VRBO than we were at Bear’s Rest. We live in North Carolina on a mountain, so we loved and appreciated the cabin feel and decor. Everything was top notch. The location was perfect, close proximity to our family, restaurants, and groceries but quiet and restful. We hope to be able to visit Bear’s Rest again!”

“House was adorable and well kept! Got warm upstairs and no screen in the upstairs bedroom window. Location close to downtown and highway which is convenient but there is a train about two blocks away that ran throughout the night.”

“We were in town for a graduation. Great property for gathering with old friends and family. Convenient and very comfortable. Spotless and well stocked with necessities. We enjoyed the front porch, fire pit, card table, large dining table and very comfortable family room recliners. The off street parking was a bonus! Owner was very quick to respond to any questions. We will stay here again! ”

“Paschal was very nice and professional and I didn’t have to wait a long time for a response. The house satisfied all of our basic needs and I liked that it had a very long driveway because we were there to visit our family and we had plenty of room for them to park in the driveway because there was no parking on the streets. If I had to mention anything, it would be that there was no garage opener for the garage so it was a little inconvenient coming in and out, you couldn’t really enjoy the……

“This property was just what our family needed. The four bedrooms were nice to have. It was especially nice to be only a few feet away from State Farm Park. This enabled us to walk our dog frequently in a park setting. Dog travelers would find this very beneficial. ”

“Our main purpose of visiting Yellow Springs was to visit a good friend. Our stay was certainly enhanced by the owner's house and all of its amenities, including an outside gazebo. The owner was an excellentcommunicator, providing detailed and clear instructions when we arrived and immediately responsive to all of our questions. Also the house's location was conveniently located in a charming neighborhood near the village of Yellow Springs. ”

“For the past 40 years we have been driving from the Cleveland Area and visiting my sister's farm in Arcanum. I grew up going to this farm and it was like my own. When my sister (who is 13 years older than me) had to move to a retirement home it was devastating to think we could no longer come to the farm when we visit family as her grandson's family now lives there. But the Miami Pearl Home was to be our new normal and it was perfect for our family. Only 15 minutes to the farm we took to it……
