“Needed a place for the weekend to get to an appointment in Dayton on Saturday and do a bike ride in Yellow Springs on Sunday. It was just like the listing, cute place with the right amount of space for two people to eat, sleep and relax. Used the kitchen to cook dinner each night and had everything we needed. The little balcony was perfect spot to sit outside and read. The desk in the living room nook was perfect spot to get some work done. Trail access was really close (walking distance). It is……

“We had a wonderful stay in yellow springs. The place had a great little porch to sit and enjoy our coffee and relax. Inside was very clean and comfortable. The hosts put together a great guide for the area and we found it to be very helpful. We had a very small issue with accessing our room, and the host was quick to respond and walk us through. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to yellow springs.”

“We rented this home because our son was getting married nearby and the size was perfect for allowing the groomsmen to stay as well. House was clean and spacious. Outdoor space was great, but really did not get used much as the weather was way too hot. The air conditioning went out the first night there, but Danyel responded quickly and had someone out the next morning to fix it. Check in and check out was super easy. “We were visiting family and found this house to be a very comfortable place to stay and visit. Children from 4 to 15 enjoyed the theater and game rooms. The kitchen and Parris bedrooms were also big hits for the themed decor. There’s a nice big living room for sitting around and talking and we enjoyed walking to breakfast.”

“The house was perfect for a anniversary get away. The bike path was very close and easy to access. The links they owner provided for local recommendations for dining was excellent. Many places were within walking distance and we felt safe walking home in the evening after eating dinner out and enjoying a few drinks at The Cob And Ear bar. The links also made it very easy to know how to enter the home and what needed done at closing which was very simple. We are planning on returning next……
