“The appearance of the room looked clean, however we tried to run a bath and we could not get the tub to fill. When packing up to leave we noticed a there was a roach in the side table. Nice staff though. Looks like they may be remodeling some of the rooms. ”

“Reception was great though a little bit chatty, TV did not work - only snow. Could not get Wifi to link and no info on same in room. BUT architecture and history, decor fantastic. Spent our time outside on lower walk area and awesome live music at The Water Dog. Best bkfst at My Dog Duke's Diner. Great town, good urban hike on the hills. New big fans!”

“This is a beautiful property. The bed was a little squeaky, but that is the only thing I can or will complain about. The staff were all amazing, the place is quiet, clean, and really close to where I needed to be professionally. I would stay here again.”

“The hotel is currently under renovation and I didn’t know that when I booked. There’s a layer of construction dust covering the air filter/vent of the Heat/AC unit. Other than that, I like how convenient it was to book and find the place. Nice clean shower and comfortable bed. Thank you.”

“This is a somewhat dated property but is clean and the bed comfortable. Staff was courteous and HVAC worked fine. The TV situation is frustrating and out of date. There is no digital guide or timetable describing shows and their schedules. Channel Surfing is almost impossible because if the long lag while it changes channels. A printed list of channels and networks is incorrect and inadequate. So winding down after a long day of travel did not include catching up with the day's news or……
