“We had the most relaxing weekend. The house is beautifully situated with wonderful views. We enjoyed the fire pit and we enjoyed the convenience of being near The Caverns concert venue and the state park offed a great day of hiking. ”

“It was the cutest, chillest, well organized, “homey” tiny house. Just perfect for us 3 girls. We went to The Caverns for a concert and this place was just 15 minutes from there. Very relaxing by the creek. The place is better than pictured and wasn’t expecting it be down in a hole by creek away from everyone else. We will be booking again! Communication was excellent. The on-site trails and waterfall was AMAZING!”

“This spot was 20min away from the Caverns, and was pretty cozy, yet spacious for our crew. Be prepared if you plan to cook, there is very limited kitchen cookware/supplies, hence the 4 stars. Aside from this, it was what we were looking for. ”

“This place is a jewel in Manchester. So comfortable, clean, and cute as a button! Whitney is an amazing host! Her communication was fabulous. The house is so spacious and has everything that you need. It truly was a home away from home. ”

“Eight of us were there for an event nearby. The updated house is indeed spacious inside and out and very quiet as there are no nearby neighbors. It is advertised to sleep 10 but that means 4 people are on rollaway beds. Two of the rollaways were not usable so we were given an air mattress to use instead. Jillian was very responsive when we arrived, and indicated that the house should be advertised for only 6 people. Also, the gas grill was in terrible shape. Don’t know why it’s even mentioned. ”

“Co-hosts were friendly and polite. The house was a clean and comfortable. View was spectacular, especially from the rooftop deck. I would recommend this property to family and friends. The big backyard was private, literally at the end of the road.Did I mention the view… Seeing the photos on line from the vantage point of Bluff House overlooking over the valley, is what drove my decision to stay there. It was better in real life. Just what my weary soul needed.”

“The home was super nice. It was very clean. It had everything someone could need and the neighbors on both side had the coolest pets to watch as well. You get a country feeling but super close to any amenities you need. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone needing to stay around there. ”

“Loved our stay in this tiny house. Houses are spaced far enough apart that you feel like you have some privacy. Easy access to The Caverns for the concert and lots of hiking options nearby. Enjoyed the enclosed porch but we did have to wipe down the outdoor furniture first due to everything being covered with pollen.”
