“A great little place to stay. The heat/air was a bit confusing but we figured it out. Hard to keep bugs out sometimes because of outdoor light. The only disappointment was the driveway was pretty rough.”

“This was such a fun house and perfect for our stay. Loved the screened porch and convenience to campus. Scott was quick to respond to my questions. Would def stay here again!”

“House as described. Has a coffee pot/kuerig combo and nicely provided k-cups. Deck and firepit are nice. Stairs to upstairs beds are steep.Keep in mind there are no closets or kitchen towels. King bed was ok if slept in middle. Had indentions already on sides. Did not fish, but looks like good place for it bringing own gear. Close to Home restaurant in Altamont was good. Hiking was the reason we chose the area. We do want to visit the area again in the future.”

“The house is amazing with such a peaceful ambiance. Plenty of things to keep you occupied on rainy days, puzzles, games, as well as sitting on the deck and watching the rain dance on the river. Our dog also throughly enjoyed her stay and the property is perfect for pets. Delon and Laura are awesome hosts with a wealth of local information. Thank you for a great place to stay and awesome grounds.”

“Had a two day stay for a show at The Caverns. About a 15-20 min drive from the venue. The tiny home was clean and accurately described on VRBO. Used the washer / dryer. Worked perfectly. Cute and quiet rental community on a lake. Tracy City is a one horse town with an old bakery and a grocery. One small complaint - float on the shower bounced from hot to cold while in use. Probably an easy fix. Would stay here again for sure!!”

“I have stayed at 8-10 other VRBO properties, so I have a point of reference for this property. First’s off, Fall creek falls park is wonderful and this property checks the boxes for traveling there in a short time.The property was nice and clean. One thing to note about this property is that it isnt close to… anything else. There are small mini marts about 10 minutes away but the closest grocery store of note is south 30 minutes away (walmart) or 30 minutes west in Mcminnville (kroger). ……

“This property is so beautiful and the view is amazing! The house is modern and was the perfect space for our family’s spring break vacation. ”

“The location is outside the city but the drive to Chattanooga is worth. Nice property with comfortable beds. You have to climb over both tubs and showers so it is not accessible. The tubs are shown in the listing so that was our mistake not the owners. Beautiful reasonably priced accommodations. ”

“It was so quiet and peaceful here. We had a large yard for the boys to play in and there are many beautiful hiking trails nearby. The house was spotless; I couldn’t find a speck of dust anywhere. We were provided with dish soap and laundry detergent, which was helpful since we had arrived by airplane. The linens are luxuriously soft. “We had a group of 11 fishermen and 6 tournament bass boats. We were initially just happy to find a rental that would accommodate a group of this size. What we ended up with was one of the most fantastic and friendly weeks ever! The house rustic on the outside and is beautiful on the inside.
