“This place is very nice and quiet. It is in the middle of all activities in Grundy county. We came to Grundy county for a concert at the caverns and it only took us 19 minutes to get there, which was a plus. We really enjoy the cabin it was peaceful and Serene it is perfect for two people or a small family. The only downside is the grass look like it had been cut in a while and I understand that they did have a lot of rain over the last month. It stated there was a Roku we found a remote for a……

“We chose this property because of its proximity to the Caverns and it was perfect for us. Overall, the house was well suited to our needs. A few things that do need improvement: a lot of the kitchen furnishings were old and in need of replacement. Also, most everything in the kitchen we tried to use needed to be washed first. There were also dirty dishes in the dishwasher upon arrival. All soap dispensers next to the sinks were empty. Communication from the property management company wasn’t……

“Lakeside property with gorgeous views. The neighborhood is still under construction but we didn't hear any construction noise. The lot is spacious, as is the house. For it to be a tiny house, it didn't seem so tiny for our family. Cozy and well appointed with everything we needed to cook meals. There wasn't any laundry detergent so bring your own if you plan on doing laundry. We look forward to visiting this area again.”

“Overall this tiny house was beautiful and unique. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay indoors. The inside of the house was clean and very well kept. The fishing dock is right outside the entrance on the deck and the lake is amazing in the evenings with the sun going down over it! Things that could use some improvement… the outside of the home has been let go (landscaping is overgrown and cleanliness).
