“The staff were really helpful but the room was a bit old and needed a deep clean. The carpet seemed like it was needing steam cleaned or replaced”

“The hotel is old and the accessible room is not clean. There is no water boiler in the room and the buffet bar did not offer cold water. ”

“Parking is free and convenient. Staffs are nice to change my room when they heard the room was noisy. What a pity that they couldn’t add a rollaway bed for me! While the other three hotels like holiday inn in Niagara and Business Inn on my stay in Ottawa can add an extra bed for me. Toronto is really big and traffic is always busy. It’s better to live in downtown area if you want to save time.”

“Breakfast was great! a variety of delicious items to choose from. Shout out to the front desk staff, housekeeping and the breakfast staff. You ladies ROCK!”

“I like the accommodation, it's clean and comfortable. Some flights sounds didn't impact sleeping. There is a good fried chicken restarurant nearby(1min). Sadly the lagguage service can't be overnight even we will be back to visit again. Anyway I've put this hotel into my revisit list.”

“Very quiet place to stay that offered 2 seperate rooms with small kitchen and fairly sized bathroom. The mattresses were pretty soft which didnt offer the ideal support.”
