“Beautiful hotel. The hotel is extremely clean at all times. The staff go above and beyond to ensure the best customer service. Breakfast is actually brought up to your room! I once asked if they had coffee, they apologized for not having any on site and went out on their own and got me coffee from a good coffee spot a small drive away! The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5: 1- Online, it’s listed as if it’s close to many shops or stores. Please keep in mind there’s no stores around, so……

“Mizirawi Hotel is in the heart of Ramallah. From shopping to dining, you have a lot of options within walking distance. The area is safe and I was comfortable to go buy essentials after dark hours. Staff will get whatever you need if you prefer 🙂 The staff were wonderful, Mahmoud the receptionist is attentive and always there to answer your questions or lend you a hand. Mizirawi is family-owned and operated; Janine and Dani, the owners live on the property and are there for the guests daily.……
