“Great place to stay in Traverse City”

“Great stay until we saw the buy gold signs all over property. Huge turn off for us. Will not return. ”

“This is a classic old hotel with nice common area and a great staff. But we stayed in the west wing which I would describe as "tired". It could use a little upgrade. And the balcony could use a good scrub. That said, the bed was large and comfortable, the room was of good size, it was clean, and it was nice to have two sinks in two different spaces.”

“I like the new room design very much. BTW the mute does not work on the remote.”

“Amazing place to stay! Definitely plan on staying again. The only negative thing i can think of is the bed wasnt the most comfortable. Couldnt stay more than 2 nights or my back would regret it for sure. ”
