“Right next door to an amazing mini golf course this updated old American Inn hotel had comfy beds, soft, clean carpets, many types of carbs for Breakfast, cookies at check in and a great pool and hot tub.The hours were 7-midnight with the last two hours being adult only. Very generous hours I think. The room was quiet, the guests were quiet and the hotel was located in an easy to reach place.there was a good mini fridge, a good microwave and everything worked in the room as advertised. “The Inn was lovely! The blush pink front door was so quaint and opened for us each time. The staff was pleasant and always available. The room was on the small side but after we got situated, it was cozy! The bathroom was awesome. Lovely water views from our balcony. The weather prevented us from using the beach and the rooftop bar but we would love to come back when the weather is good. Perfect for couples or friends getaway!”

“Rachel had our room ready as soon as we arrived on the property. Our room was very clean. The community room is adorable and cozy. There are some snacks using the honor system, and some complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate and oatmeal. I would highly recommend.”

“While the hotel doesnt really have any amenities, it is clean, safe and the staff was very friendly. The one amenity the do have is a shuttle to the casino. It would be a quick walk but its great to have this option in the winter.we will definitely be back!”

“The resort was very accommodating. Our room had a lake view and we had easy access to the beach. Staff was friendly and our room was clean and cozy. I would definitely recommend and I will look to stay here on our next visit to Traverse City!”

“This is a classic old hotel with nice common area and a great staff. But we stayed in the west wing which I would describe as "tired". It could use a little upgrade. And the balcony could use a good scrub. That said, the bed was large and comfortable, the room was of good size, it was clean, and it was nice to have two sinks in two different spaces.”
