“Some confusion when searching property online prior to coming because another business was listed as having same address. Did not realize 2 long staircases to access rental & bedrooms. Had an issue with fruit flies but property managers very prompt in trying to resolve the problem. Everything very new, clean & neat! ”

“this is not for faint of heart, there is 2 floors and 2 long stairways to get to them,is hard for anyone with heart disease or shortness of breathe to go up and down for any long period of time. The owners take awhile to respond to messages, they want you to strip the bed linens when u leave and start dishwasher, i thought people were paid to do that, but the condos are beautiful.”

“Perfect last minute book for a family Fourth of July trip! Just a short 15 minute drive to front street in Traverse city and awesome onsite pool options, dining, shopping, arcade and more. We took advantage of the free shuttle over to the resorts private beach where there is also another pool!
