“We stayed here with my husband and two children aged 5 and 8 and loved it all. Most hotels in Traverse City are outdated and not clean. This one was very clean and updated. The kids had a blast in the pool area. The coffee shop downstairs had excellent coffee. We never tried the restaurants as the reviews online weren’t the greatest. Aerie was closed during our stay. The only downfall was the hours of the Den which had the arcade. It is closed on Sunday and Monday. We were there Sunday to wed,……

“We had the best time with our extended family! There was plenty to do for the whole family ages 1-65, we barely left the property! The staff and host were very responsive and easy to interact with, especially Tricia, Nick, and Mackenzie, and we had every amenity we could think of. “The cabin was as expected but very upset that the refrigerator froze all of my fresh fruits and vegetables, eggs, etc. Complained at the front desk and really got no response other than they would let the manager know. Also had our boat torn up on the docks due to high winds. Although the resort certainly cannot control the weather, putting bumpers or hanging a tire over the metal poles would have saved us considerable damage.
