“This was my first VRBO. I had a few accommodations for my family to meet in order to make this adventure successful. Three grandsons and 1 son are on the autism spectrum and 1 son that has high social anxiety. The fireworks on the lake were phenomenal and gave some the chance to watch from inside the home due to sensory overload. “We stayed here during a recent trip to Grand Rapids and unfortunately left disappointed. The property had several issues with cleanliness — there was an unpleasant smell, the floor vents and spaces under furniture were dirty, and dust had built up behind the drapes. Towels were scarce, there were no mattress covers, and the kitchen had a random hodge-podge of items that made cooking difficult.
