“The location is right in the heart of Bellagio and walkable to many restaurants and shops. Very clean and spacious enough for our group of 6. The terrace was a little misleading as it was not ready for guests. Could be because we were there in April before the high season. All in all we were very happy and enjoyed the apartment and the lovely welcome basket that was left for us ”

“Loved everything about this property. It was in a great location just far enough away from the hectic tourist traffic. Great views of the lake in the distance and we loved hearing the church bells from the church located in the same square. One word of caution - it is a hefty climb of the stairs to access the unit. However, the climb does allow for the amazing views. Our only true disappointment was the poor communication we had with the Property Manager. Despite the unit having a Washing……

“This apartment is perfect! Exactly as shown in pictures, beautiful view of Lake Como from balcony. Close to ferry boats, restaurants, shopping, etc. This is where to stay in Bellagio! ”

“Right in the center of everything with easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Bedrooms were spacious and balconies out both the front and back. There wasn't an oven, which I didn't realize, but we made out just fine using the stove top.”

“We were in town for a wedding. The property was spacious and in v central location. It is up a fair few cobbled stairs - not an issue for us, but something to consider. Great communication with the owner, and she even arranged transport to/from airport for us. Would recommend and stay again!”

“We recently stayed 5 nights at the property. Below are our Pros and Cons. Pros Consistent and timely communication with Rental Company. All instructions were sent and very easy to follow. Amazing location and views of Lake Como with small balcony to sit outside and observe the hustle and bustle below. Fabulous proximity to all Ferries. Literally right outside the door and super easy to book. We used the Ferry every day to visit the nearby Villages of Lenno, Menaggio and Varenna.Full fridge and……

“Lovely little property 10 minute walk from Bellagio centre. Has all you need as somewhere to rest when exploring Lake Como. As mentioned in other reviews it was a bit damp with evident problems in the past with mould but over wise lovely and don’t let that put you off. Comfy bed and very clean apartment. ”

“What a cute place. It's quiet and has a lovely view of the lake. The rooms are big and clean. The washing machine was a bonus. Communication with the host was excellent. Wi-Fi was iffy, but I was on vacation so, I didn't care. Bring mosquito repellent for the garden.”
