“This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel, I basically like this hotel because I feel it new, model, clean. I recommend to all my colleague who need to go to Sri Lanka. Eg 1: I had hurt my ankle the previous day, and over our 2 day stay, they assisted my wife in getting ice for my leg. Eg 2: We also needed a screwdriver to remove the battery from a toy we bought (for plane travel), and the staff went out of their way to help out with it (laughing at us).
