“Staff and check in were good. The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean, although the tub area could do with a re-caulking. The mattress and bedding were pleasant. The building is a multifunction one with a restaurant, paid gym, and hotel. Food at the restaurant was US/UK menu. Breakfast was in the restaurant and was a British breakfast buffet with everything of a decent standard, although the eggs had the taste and texture of a premix dehydrated variety. “Breakfast with cooked food is rare in a budget hotel but 8:30am is a bit early. Staffs are nice. Other things are okay.”

“Cleanliness in the apartment was top notch but the entrance from the door through the staircase was not pleasant. The stairs should be rugged atleast, to give it good first impression. The shower wasn't working or we couldn't get through with turning it on, so we had to be fetching water from kitchen each time we wanted to shower. We also couldn't access the wifi. The password was there but we didn't know what network to connect to as there were many on the drop down and we kept trying the……

“We have returned to this lovely house several times now and it never disappoints. The room is spacious, elegant and always immaculate. The breakfast is delicious and the location is calm and beautiful whilst being close to many locations in Glasgow. Very highly recommend!”
