When I really needed their help, they were there for me out of the goodness of their hearts. We can learn a lot from them.Thank you, night team!”

“I found it easy to park; the Receptionist was very pleasant and helpful; the bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. On the down side, I was in room 244 and I think that you could do more to make the wee patio area more attractive as it is a brilliant asset but very underdeveloped. Additionally the shower room needs attention as there's a poor standard of finish which could be easily sorted out when it's next vacant. Overall, a really great stay!”
