“Fabulous hotel overall, very nice deco everywhere in hotel, room was spacious, quiet , clean and comfortable. Hotel staffs are clever and attentive . The location is super, too. ”

“Yotel Hotel酒店房間內基本照明不足；且沒有提供如拖鞋、飲用瓶裝水、電熱水器、牙刷、飲用品、行李架等的基本用品或設施。是次入住的房間坐廁水掣存有故障，淋浴室花洒水壓不足。個人覺得以一間“酒店”而非“青年旅舍”標準作為收費的房間，酒店方不應及不能借環保為由而去剝削或削減客人付費應享的服務、設備、日用品及客房清潔服務等，而實則是為減省自身營運成本及增加利潤。酒店位置不錯，便於出行、餐飲及購物。”

“Although the room was lovely, the windows, sounded like they were open. Therefore Saturday nights festivities seemed like they were in our room. Kids running up and down the hall at midnight. You'd think the hotel would have rules and letting folks know after 10:00 pm it is quieter time..As the kids and adults were extremely loud until passed midnight.. The door slamming everytime someone entered or exited their room was awful. We had asked for a light bulb replacement but never received……

“Great hotel and location, breakfast was good. We had a problem with a leaky window and were immediately upgraded to the beautiful honeymoon suite. The staff were all exceptional!!! So friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately had to cut our stay a day late due to unforeseen circumstances but were refunded for the extra night that we couldn’t stay. A wedding was on and it was awesome to see the bagpiper and the wedding guests all having a great time. ”

“The hotel was situated walking distance of the heart of the city centre. The room itself was beautifully lit and the bathroom (which is a big deal) was very clean and nicely laid out. The staff were very welcoming, big shout out to kate who was so polite and made us feel very comfortable with her bubbly personality. Would stay here again ”
