“The room type provided was completely different from what was booked, very old and dirty. The carpet was extremely dirty, the water flow in the bathroom was very small, and the electronic lock couldn't be locked at first. They only said that it was full and couldn't handle it, so why should I book it? Terrible……

“With the first room given, one side of the window curtains half way hanging down and did not work. We changed to another room, then we found out the socket plugs are obviously loose in wall, we did not touch it at all. Not a good experience when you went into a room like this.”
