“We had a very good stay. The descriptions are accurate. There are a couple of updates. From the materials provided in advance, the entry instructions need to be updated (there is a lock code on the door versus a key box). Also, the wifi access information needs to be updated and the landline is not functional. Also, the chiminea has been upgraded to a gas firepit.We found that the walk to beach access was very easy. “Santo's cottage is cute, close to the water and has everything you could need in it. My stay was short in that I was only there for a night but Santo is a great communicator and made my stay easy. To top it off Meow is the cat's MEOW!!! I will be back next year to get some fly fishing in. Thank you!!”

“I booked this house because I was a guest at a wedding close by. I stayed here with my aunts, cousins, brother, sister and husband. This house was extremely clean and convenient to everything. The check in process was simple. Very spacious- all couches turn into beds. Plenty of clan linens and a very quiet neighborhood to get a restful sleep. ”

“I rented this house as a homebase to explore the North shore East End of Long Island. The house is expertly decorated, has a well equipped kitchen, and a large fenced in backyard with ample seating for large groups.I would definitely rent this house again. It was very comfortable and ideally located.”
