“Good apartment, looks just like the photos. Nice bathroom. Has all the basics, and we were able to cook in the kitchen. I was already familiar with the neighborhood and the street parking regulations , so that was helpful. Just like any city, be careful where you park- read the signs. We felt very comfortable in the neighborhood and in the apartment. Street was quiet. Let the host know in advance if you need extra bedding or towels. I would be happy to stay here again. ”

“This was a good location on our trip to NYC. We didn’t spend much time in the neighborhood but we felt safe. Check-in was easy. There was not a lot of sitting room for our group of 4, but that’s my fault for not realizing there wasn’t a living room. The kitchen is sparsely equipped, but we didn’t need much during our stay. We had a hard time finding the thermostat but the owner communicated quickly. Beds were super comfy. It was a unique property that had been recently redone. We would stay……

“The house is very nice but upstairs apartment made lots of noise. Couldn’t find remotes for either TV in bedrooms. Not a really big issue as we basically just slept and showered there. Very steep stairs so beware of that. Front gate is very wobbly so don’t lean on it.”
