“We enjoyed our quiet, peaceful stay at this quaint studio in Philomath. It was convenient for all things Oregon State related and located conveniently to grocery and restaurants. It was everything we needed to visit our daughter at school.”

“When we arrived at the property it is clean and easy to get into with the pin pad. While it is an older building with historical value, it has been upkept and modernized. The stairs getting to the second story may be an issue for people with mobility issues. The location is great as there are multiple options for food and drinks within walking distance. As well as a convenience store across the street. The owner also operates the store on the first floor of the building, she was kind,……
