“The property was hidden behind a quirky traditional door which opens in to a courtyard to gain access to the hotel. Staff were friendly and on hand to assist with any help we required and also provided tips and information to make the most of our trip to to Naples. “El hotel se ve recién remodelado, la habitación estaba muy muy limpia y amplia, todo funciona perfectamente. La chica en el front desk fue súper amable, incluso nos reservó un taxi para ir al aeropuerto a la mañana siguiente. El desayuno empieza a las 8 am, pero ya estaba servido para las 7:30, así que alcanzamos a comer algo antes de salir (gracias!). “We stayed here for 3 nights for an event in Caserta. The hotel was well appointed, and in a great location close to the Palace. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of food and drinks. The room was neat and clean with nice toiletries in the bathroom. Air conditioning worked well, and the blackout curtains were useful. I particularly liked that I could communicate with reception via WhatsApp to confirm my arrival time”

“excellent service, but its a bit old and the environment around the hotel is messy & dirty. Only 5 mins walk to train station and 10 mins to the eatery/restaurant area. ”

“The hotel staff were great, polite and efficient. Breakfast had a good amount of items and well stocked. He room was clean and offered good facilities. We had hired a car so didn't explode too much by foot around the hotel but there was a few fruit stalls and shops around. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to friends. ”
