“Room size is big and quiet. Need cleaning especially hidden area. In general the hotel is good for family long stay ”

“On the first day when we wanted to use the toaster to prepare for breakfast, it was so dirty that we had to give up. The inner side of the rice cooker was rusty and we couldn’t use it. Even the staff helped us to replace another one, the new rice cooker still didn’t work. The bathroom and kitchen floors were dusty. Even the hotel was newly opened, the carpet on the floor had patches of stain. The management of the hotel should be aware of cleanliness.”

“The property is nice and clean and well located for the Airport and the Cruise Terminal, it does suffer from road noise though. Staff are lovely and friendly.”

“Highly recommend this place if you have no car to worry about or if you are willing to pay the $35 a day parking fee. Premises is very modern and clean. Reception area was a bit of a miss and didn't realise it was the reception desk when first arrived. Ceiling light was flicking in the room but these are only minor issues.”

“This place is a good price and well positioned for dining. Pool and surrounds needs a good clean guys! Comfy bed and room ok if not a little small. Beware the slippery shower floor, this is absolutely an accident waiting to happen. They warn you but that will not prevent a fall as it is super super slippery. ”

“Overall is good. The location is good for a walk from the kangaroo point to the southbank park and Brisbane town hall. There are restaurants in convenient store nearby. The only thing is the door lock of our room is not working properly. Still I will consider this hotel for my next stay.”

“It is probably the WORST 4-star hotel that I have ever been to. The staff on the night shift was awfully rude - they would tease at you and offer unhelpful opinions. This hotel only provides one bottle of water per stay - it means if you stay in the same room for two days - you would still only get one bottle of water of 300ml. The rooms were dated and dirty. Some of the facilities obviously need some maintenance. The gym was so tiny and the breakfast was not a buffet style.”
