“Great little place located in the heart of Belmont. Check-in was easy and place was clean and great communication with the host. Walking distance to downtown Belmont and a nice park located right down the block.”

When I was originally deciding between this house and another, I almost chose the other one because it had a sectional couch, which I thought would be better for hosting. To my delight, the moment I walked into this home, I saw a beautiful blue sectional couch—not the same one listed in the picture. I was so excited! “The condo was squeaky clean, and it was so nice to have coffee filters and sugar, lots of extras provided we don't usually see when we stay other places. Very much appreciated.I would warn people about the stairs - a full flight up to get to main level, and then another flight up to the bedrooms. No elevator.”

The suite was spacious, but as another reviewer pointed out, it is more of a studio-style layout where the sleeping area is not separated from the living area and kitchenette. Additionally, communication within VRBO was rendered useless despite the fast reply time as I was redirected to the front desk for most of my questions and concerns. We would definitely book again and have already recommended it to others.”
