“Hôtel bien situé avec une belle piscine couverte. Personnel très agréable. Chambre familiale spacieuse. Par contre, forte odeur désagréable de fuel dans les parties communes (La Tapiaz) durant tout le séjour. Pas possible de profiter du balcon de la chambre 5 sans être dérangé par le bruit de la ventilation de la piscine. Quelques détails qui pour moi font un peu « cheap » pour un 4* : pas de chaussons dans la chambre et des distributeurs de gel douche. La partie salée du petit déjeuné offre peu……

“Très déçu par ce séjour sur plusieurs points ! Les chambres réservées ne correspondent pas du tout aux photos du site, à peine 8 m2, pas de bureau, une cabine de douche en polyester (comme sur un bateau de plaisance sans le bleu de l'océan....) Aucun personnel à l'accueil, du digicode et de l'anonymat qu'on n'imagine pas pour un tarif de 144 € / nuit !!!! Je ne recommande certainement pas cet hôtel ...”

“We stayed at this beautiful hotel for a few nights. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly, nothing was too much bother. Spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed, very comfortable bed, large room and lovely public areas. The evening meals and breakfast were delicious. The perfect place to ski as the main gondola is just a 2min walk away & there is plenty parking around the hotel. We hope to come back another time!!”
